How do I join an existing home?
Ask any member of the home for the 6-character invite code from the app and enter it under "Join a home." The code is valid for 7 days.
How many people can be in a home?
Up to 6 people per home on the free plan, and you can only belong to one active home per account.
Can I add chores that aren't in the catalog?
Yes. Besides the catalog with 15+ ready-to-use chores, you can create your own and mark them to repeat every two weeks.
What language do notifications arrive in?
Each person picks their own language for reminders, so within the same home everyone can receive them in Spanish or English.
How are points and the ranking calculated?
Every completed chore adds points. The home's ranking is built from the week's activity, visible to every member.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You can also write to us and we'll do it for you. More detail in the privacy policy.
